I am in the salon:
Tuesdays 1pm-8pm
(after 4pm can be booked 1 to 2 weeks in advance)
Wednesdays-Fridays 11am-7pm
(after 4pm can be booked 2 weeks in advance)
Saturdays 9:30am-5pm.
(any time of the day can be booked two months in
advance)
I am not in the salon Sundays or Mondays
My last haircut appointment available Tuesdays-
Fridays is 6:15 pm, and Saturdays is 4:15pm. For
services involving color or relaxer my last
appointment is earlier.
I rarely have walk-in or same day appointments
available, particularly on weekends or evenings.
If you would like a time that is already booked,
I'd be happy to put you on my cancellation list,
however I can't guarantee that someone will
cancel, so it's wise to book a future
appointment that will work for you. There also
is always a chance that I'm having a slow week
(except for the months of June and December,
which are the busiest months of my year), so I
might have a random open slot within the time
frames mentioned above.
If you are someone who needs late
afternoon/evening during the weekday or any time
Saturday, I strongly recommend you book your
appointment before leaving, as most of my
clients that book these appointments do.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
If you would like to reschedule or cancel part
of your appointment (e.g. cancel your color, but
keep your cut) or to cancel your entire
appointment, I ask that you please give 24 hours
advance notice- so that I will be able to fill
the slot you were in. No-shows and under 24 hour
cancellations will be subject to cancellation
fee, which is the cost of the service booked. As
is the industry standard, I'm generally unable
to take clients who are later than 15 minutes
late, and these circumstances as well may be
subject to a cancellation fee. I must stand by
this because the quality of the service will be
compromised if I have to rush through the
service in an amount of time that is
significantly less that what I scheduled, and
because it's not fair to my next client for me
to run late when they arrive on time, and might
have a schedule to keep as well.
That being said- it's rare that I leave clients
waiting- because we have a mutual respect for
each other's time. I know your time is important
as well, and it stresses me out to keep you
waiting, so I avoid it at all costs.
